Harbinger Herald Conservative News Print and Web
This is a mockup of a website for Harbinger Herald that was created using the WordPress Content Management System. WordPress was chosen for its easy to use and maintain themes and back office administration. The editor will have control of adding, editing and removing posts, pages, comments and polls. Using WordPress will also allow us to help Harbinger in the future as they change and scale up to a much larger website.

This site is currently under development. We will add a link to this site once it is complete.

Quick Marketing Tip: Add Benefits to Your Headlines

If the headline on your web site isn’t grabbing your visitors’ attention as soon as they read it, you’re losing sales. That’s a fact. And nothing grabs a visitor’s attention like a compelling headline with a clear benefit.

For instance… If you sell widgets that save time then don’t just create a headline like “Welcome to ABC Widgets” or “ABC Widget Company”. A better headline would be something like “Learn How ABC Widgets Save You Valuable Time” or “Earn Precious Time Back Using ABC Widgets” or “Use ABC Widgets to Get the Job Done Faster”.

You’ll notice that this headline clearly states a couple of the main benefits of the product — that people can use an ABC Widget to get things done faster or that they will help them save valuable time. Try jotting down a few key benefits that YOUR product or service offers, and then working those benefits into an eye-catching headline.

NOTE: A message placed at the top of your page that reads something like “Welcome to Mysite.com” is NOT a headline. Your headline MUST emphasize a clear benefit of your product. If you don’t have a headline on your site, make this your holiday gift to yourself! A well-written headline has the power to literally double — or even triple — your sales overnight!

Creekside Equicenter Indiana Horse Boarding and Training Facility.
Creekside Equicenter was established in 2003 by Tina Prout in order to bring better riding instruction to St. Joseph County Indiana. A clean, comfortable riding facility that is conveniently located between South Bend and Plymouth. It features a large 72 x 120 ft. indoor riding arena, lounge, 10 x 12 ft. stalls, 250 x 300 ft. outdoor riding arena, and much more.

The Equicenter had a limited budget upon start up to market the new facility. Creekside Design started by creating a brochure site filled with content related to horses and riding instruction and optimized the site for search engines. Search engines picked this site up immediately and soon it was at the top of the list for area searches. Direct mail pieces sent to horse owners throughout Michiana were used as well as sales flyers hung in various establishments related to their services. Today the site is a communication center for the barn’s patrons, students and parents.

Creekside Embroidery Custom Embroidery and Silk Screening on Corporate Apparel
Creekside Embroidery is another company owned and operated by Tina Prout as a supplement to her growing horse stable. The embroidery and silk screen shop helps businesses and organizations throughout Michiana with their corporate apparel needs. Putting a logo on apparel is probably the best form of advertising and most affordable. Your employees and members become walking billboards.

The embroidery shop had a limited budget upon start up to market the new facility. Creekside Design started by creating a brochure site, sales flyers and various email marketing pages to promote products and services.

NHS is one of our first clients. This website is a bit old but it is still a lead generating source for the company. Creekside Design has been retained to develop a new site for 2011 that will expand upon new services and products as well as promote the company to new media opportunities.

DC Construction is a construction management company that specializes in large development projects like hotels, apartments, business complex and high-end residential projects. Their unique business approach saves their clients literally thousands and even millions of dollars through their experience and network of suppliers.

Creekside Design established a web presence through a catchy and easy to remember website domain called TrustDC.com. The owner was stressing their business reliance on trust, respect and reliability. Hence the domain name. The website has led to several large development projects through its credibility and testimonials. Creekside has worked on several other design projects for DC in the past few years.
